At Foiled Forever, every keepsake is lovingly handcrafted and made especially for you. As each order is personalised, we kindly ask that you read our policy before placing your order.

Personalised Orders

Once you have approved your digital artwork proof, your order will move into production. As your keepsake is made specifically to your requirements, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds once artwork approval has been given.

Please take the time to carefully check your proof for:

• Spelling and grammar

• Dates

• Names

• Colours and foil finish

• Layout and design

By approving your proof, you are confirming that all details are correct.

Before Artwork Approval

If you need to make changes to your artwork, simply let us know before approving your proof. We'll be happy to make reasonable amendments to ensure you're completely happy with your design.

If you wish to cancel your order before your artwork has been approved and production has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet started, we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when creating and packaging every keepsake. However, if your order arrives damaged, or you believe you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

If the issue is found to be our error, we'll arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Every Foiled Forever keepsake is carefully handcrafted and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your finished artwork is protected with premium packaging, making it ideal whether you're treating yourself or giving a meaningful gift.

We currently offer UK delivery:

• Standard Delivery (Second Class) – £2.99

• First Class Delivery – £4.99

• FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £60

How It Works

1. Order Your Inkless Print Kit

We'll dispatch your inkless print kit using your selected shipping method.

2. Take Your Prints

Follow the simple instructions included in your kit to capture your baby's handprints or footprints (or your pet's paw prints).

3. Send Us Your Prints

Simply upload clear photographs or scans of your completed prints using the instructions included with your order.

4. Artwork Preview (1–3 Working Days)

Once we've received your images, our design team will create your personalised artwork and email you a digital proof within 1–3 working days.

5. Approval & Production (1–2 Working Days)

Once you've approved your artwork, we'll professionally print and hand-foil your keepsake within 1–2 working days.

6. Final Delivery (1–3 Working Days)

Your finished keepsake will then be carefully packaged and dispatched. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on the shipping service selected.

Estimated Timeline

From the day we receive your print images:

• Artwork proof: 1–3 working days

• Printing & foiling: 1–2 working days after approval

• Delivery: 1–3 working days

Most orders are completed and delivered within 3–8 working days from receiving your print images (depending on proof approval and your chosen delivery service).
